Keith offers Reiki Sessions and works to facilitate the teaching of Reiki for those open to learning how to allow this sacred blessing into their lives.

Often people misunderstand and think “learning Reiki” is only for those wanting to create a business/practice offering Reiki to others when in fact Reiki is a very personal sacred learning to   create a practice of working with Reiki and being with reiki for oneself which then often translates into feeling/being connected with all.

Learning about Reiki and becoming energetically attuned to the energies of Reiki during the “attunement” process of the formal Reiki training brings the ability and awareness of what Reiki can truly offer a person when they learn to separate and discern from their personality and ego to allow the sacred truth of life to come forth.

When we continually with our free will “bathe” in the glow of the most pure forms of energy/spirit/life (Reiki) we are able to grow/empower our mind, body and spirit on all levels to heal and then are able to discern how to “hold space” for others so that they themselves with their free will can be blessed with this sacred aspect of life.

Reiki is not a religion but can greatly enhance the religion you may have and help you become closer to your spirit and beliefs.

You can and should experience Reiki for your own being.

Energy Awareness/Balancing & Consulting
2.5 hour session $200.00

Keith offers a deeper session of consulting and actual energy work developing intents and more energetic awareness of where you would like to take your session and manifestation within your life. Many tools can be used (including a bio/sensor aura imaging system) depending on what is needed and the direction of the session. Your experience can result in suggestions and advice for energetic exercises, studies and changes in ones life.

Certified Reflexology infused with Reiki 
1 hour $100. (package sessions are offered with the same discounts as reiki sessions above)

Your feet (as well as your hands and ears) hold the reflex points for all the parts of your body. Working on these specific areas and knowing how the points can actually help release the tension and dis/ease of a persons energetic flow can bring energetic and physical - mind/body/spirit balance back to a person. Repetitive sessions are best when treating various issues - Please ask Keith for more information for your particular concerns.

Empathic Consulting -  Life Coaching 
30 minutes $50.00 1 hour $100.

For people that would like to discuss and work to better understand the individual options available and most suitable for them working with Keith and what The Holistic Center can offer them. Package deals, sliding fee scales and work/barter for services can be looked at as well.

Clinical Hypnotherapy
$150.  -  $200. depending on personalized work

Keith offers therapy sessions dealing with a persons states of consciousness and what they wish to learn, grow and empower from by learning about self hypnosis and how to have better control/awareness of their subconscious mind and how it works. Hypnosis is a normal function of a persons consciousness, in fact people are within various states of hypnosis all day long. It is said that people only use 10% of their mind   -  That 10% is the conscious mind the other 90% is the subconscious mind which can be further worked with so that a person can use a higher percentage of their mind to be able to raise their consciousness. (Individualized sessions which will most often include personalized CDS to take home to strengthen the work taking place.)

Keith is able to teach you how to best take advantage of this system and also offer consultation sessions with it when wanted to better comprehend your energetic fields and what you can actually do with them to manifest a more fufilled life.

Energetic Interior Design Consulting:
$100. an hour  (special multi hour packages possible)

Energetic advice for aligning ones living and working spaces with their own energetic fields and what they choose to manifest within their lives. Color therapy, Crystals & Gemstone therapy and protection/manifestation grids. Energy/Space Clearing. Sessions are normally done at your home or the work space being consulted on. Keith is able to travel distances for this service, travel fees may apply. 


Keith offers several other forms of therapy including Chakra Psychotherapy so please inquire for more ways that Keith can be of assistance.

Appointments are all required to be paid in full in advance upon booking by cash/check/credit card - Fees can be made in person/by mail or over the Internet by paypal to secure your space.

PLEASE NOTE:
48 hours are required for rescheduling for any reason for respect of energetic space holding for any appointment. (natural disasters/snow days excluded)

If you miss any appointment or cannot make it due to illness or other concerns then it is actually appropriate that Keith is able and capable of offering and holding the space for you thru distance Reiki energy work. (So it is not required for you to be in person with Keith for the work to take place). Any appointment booked and not physically attended will revert to a distance Reiki Session since that is what is obviously needed if you are not able to make your previous commitment.

Please inquire on this if you do not understand/comprehend the realities of distance Reiki.
